We have a requirement for investment opportunities throughout the UK up to £50m and would consider portfolio purchases.
Our preferences are for retail and mixed-use parades and local and district centres with an angle for portfolio enhancements.
We are also looking to enhance our office and industrial investment portfolio with short leases in and around the M25 and all major cities in the UK.
Through our subsidiary company, Beaumanor Ltd, we have an active requirement for local centres suitable for convenience food and ancillary retail.
We are also adding to the current pipeline of schemes for national retailers and continue to seek former pubs, clubs and garage sites capable of retail or mixed-use development. We are also developing other food and non-food schemes to include Drive Thru’s.
We will also consider pure residential development opportunities be they office conversions, brown field sites and new developments capable of up to 100 residential units. Preferred locations for these would be within the M25, home counties and major cities in the UK.
We currently have over 25 commercial and residential projects on site with a GDV of over £48m.
